The most basic Greek dressing is Extra Virgin Olive Oil with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Of course salt, pepper and oregano are also added to enhance the flavor. This goes great with grilled fish, or any kind of salad, especially if you are a lemon lover.

  • Mini Bullet or Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tsp. oregano

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth and creamy.

Notes

This recipe is enough for 8 people. You can always make, refrigerate, and use as needed. It will last at 7 days in your refrigerator. For another variation, add 1 to 2 garlic cloves.
