Scrambled Eggs with Feta

The simplest and tastiest eggs! The ghee mixed with the feta takes these scrambled eggs to the next level.

Equipment

  • Whisk

  • Mixing bowl

  • Rubber spatula

  • Non-stick pan

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ Tbsp. Ghee (or butter)

  • 2 Tbsp. Feta (approx. 28 grams)

Instructions

Whisk eggs in a bowl until combined

Melt the ghee in a non-stick pan, over medium heat.

Pour in egg mixture and reduce heat to medium-low. As the eggs begin to set, add the feta cheese, and gently move the spatula across the bottom and side of the skillet to form soft curds.

Cook until the eggs are thickened and creamy. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can garnish with chives, fresh dill, parsley, or freshly grated black pepper.
